This is a comprehensive list of our onsite wedding availability. This list is updated regularly, but may not reflect current availability. We are available for consultations now for weddings in 2025 and 2026. Last updated March 28, 2025.

April

All weekends are available.

May

All weekends are available except May 10/11, May 24/25.

June

All weekends are available except June 21/22.

July

All weekends are available except July 19/20.

August

Only availability is August 2/3 and 30/31.

September

All weekends are available except September 20/21 and 27/28.

October

All weekends are available.

November

All weekends are available.

December

All weekends are available.

2026

January - April

All weekends are available.

May

All weekends are available except May 9/10.

June

All weekends are available except June 27/28.

July - December

All weekends are available.

We have a $5000 minimum for on site wedding and larger event work throughout the year. This minimum includes material, labor, design, and installation fees. We are able to create for more intimate events for pick up or simple delivery.
